Autumn is coming to an end, and we can already sense the chirstmas smell approaching.
To be honest, I was never a fan of winter fashion, since I certainly love showing my tummy and a bronzed skin. Nevertheless, I try everytime to dress appropriately for winter, so that I don't die of hypothermia. 
So, this is my attempt of putting together some winter outfits, you can definitely throw on a jacket with these outfits if they seem too cold for you.

Hallo Leute!

Ich liege jetzt gerade auf meinen Bett, und höre dabei Honeymoon von Lana del Rey! Kennt ihr das, wenn man über ganz viele Sachen denkt... Das habe ich jetzt gerade, und zwar über das Thema "Fitness".

Vor ungefähr 2 Jahre hat es dieses "Fitness Trend" angefangen, jetzt dünn sein ist nicht mehr "in", sondern jetzt sollte man "fit" und "healthy" aussehen. Die ganze Dieten zum abnehmen würden jetzt durch Protein Shakes und ganz viele Stunden ins Fitnessstudio ersätz!Es ist doch gesund 6 Stunden pro Woche ins Fitnessstudio verbringen und auch noch dazu "clean" und "high protein" essen.

Well, girls... We all know, SUMMER IS ALMOST THERE!!
But, hey don't freak out! I am gonna tell you ALL the secrets to stay motivated and don't stop half way!

Let's start!

1- Buy yourself pretty sporty clothes!


And that of course means not just clothes, your whole equipament! Because you know, if you have cool things to do sport you will automatically want to do sport so that you can wear your pretty clothes/use your cool equipament!

2- Discover different cool ways to do sport!



There are so many different ways to move yourself than working out... Skating, going for a walk with listening to good music, swimming, tennis, football, basketball and so so on! Actually yoga is also a good and really interesting way to move yourself! And of course with some one is always better, wich lets me to the next hack:

3- Do sport with your friends!



All the things are better with friends, so sport too! Go for a walk with a good friend, you can talk, laugh, have a good time and also do sport! Is there anything better? You can also goo to the gym, but don't forget to call your friend before! 

EXTRA HACKS:

1- Make your food look incredible!


If your food looks incredible, you won't have the craving to eat that cookie! This is actually healthy, yummy and looks incredible! 

2- Search for the healthier option!


Are you craving ice cream? You can always have the healthier option, wich is nana ice cream! Just made of bananas :D So yummy! Not because it's healthy, means it taste bad! That tastes amazing!

3- Don't go to far!


Hey, one thing is eating healthier and another thing is beeing obessesed with it! I eat healthy, but I have EVERY DAY  a "treat" (for me is not a treat, because I don't forbid me any kind of food!) Eating just clean, and working out every day is also not healthy at all! The key is the balance :D

Easy and healthy snack ideas with bananas!

Today something different!
This is actually a fashion blog but, I thought it would be a good idea to make a post of cool snack ideas for these moments when the stomach starts to rumble but you don't know what to eat!
These are healthier snacks ideas and they're easy to make!
I decided to make just ideas with bananas because I just love them so so much and you can really do anything you want to with them,
so let's start! 

Banana-sushi!



1-Spread the nutella (you can also use another type of spread) in the tortilla, put a loot! -I did put more nutella than in the picture :D-

2-Roll it, put some extra spread in the end of the tortilla, so that it does not open.

3-Cut it, and that's all! So yummy and easy! :D





Chocolate Banana in the oven!



1-Cut the peel of the banana and fill it with A LOT of chocolate chips! You can also be more fancy and put some marshmellows :D

2-Wrap it with the silver paper and put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 350F° or at 180C°

So easy and yummy!!


Banana Chips!



Ingredients: Banana, lemon

1-Cut the banana in really thin pieces (If you what crispy chips, if not cut them a bit fatter).

2-Dip the banana in the juice of one lemon.

3-Place them in a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 15 minutes ar 200F° or 95°C.

Tadaaaa! So yummy and easy! :D

The Magic of Photo Editing

What would be a good picture without a bit of editing... And not, I'm not talking about "photoshop"!
I'm just talking about a few improvements that can make a BIG diference, and when I say a BIG diference just look: 



As you can see, the first picture is already pretty good. The quality and the light is nice and the ice cream looks appetizing, but look at the second one!! As you can see, the second one is way way MORE appetizing. The colors are much stronger, the sharpness is also better... BUT HOW?!?!

So here I am to show you my few secrets to edit pictures really easy and without any exclusive/expensive app! 

1-Wich app? 

I personally recommend VSCOcam, is the editor that I ALWAYS use. It is easy to work with and you can get really good finishes. And it is FREE and for android and apple as well!



 2-HOW?!?!

Do not freak out when you see the first time the app, I freaked out and it wasn't nice at all. Maby the first time that you see the inside of the app you will find it too difficult to use, but I swear it is not. It will take maby 15 minutes to know how to edit the pictures, just take a random picture and start to try all the options until you find out what makes what. 
I also recommend to go to the shop and download the free filters, they are a must.

So know I'm gonna explain you how I edit my pictures. I'm not saying that the way I edit my pictures is perfect, but for my point of view I love it!
I particulary like cold pictures, with cold colors and white light. So I pretty much always use the filter F2,  put more contrast, more saturation, I correct the light when is necesary and take off the yellow light with less "temperature". 

And you will get something like that:
